A leading healthcare organization in Canada seeks an Admin Support Health Unit Aide to provide crucial clerical and administrative support in maintaining inventories, booking appointments, and conducting vision and hearing screenings. The ideal candidate will possess appropriate certifications and have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children and parents.

Reporting to the manager or designate (and Audiologist for hearing screening duties), the Admin Support Health Unit Aide provides clerical and administrative support using various computerized applications. Responsibilities include maintaining inventories of supplies, booking appointments, gathering client information, and scheduling and conducting vision and/or hearing screening for preschool and school-aged children in a school or clinical setting.
Grade 12; Medical Office Assistant Certificate; Office Administration Certificate; and one (1) year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
