A leading health authority is seeking an Admin Support Health Unit Aide to provide essential clerical and administrative support. The role involves maintaining supplies, booking appointments, and conducting screenings for preschool and school-aged children. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications and strong communication skills, working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Reporting to the manager or designate (and Audiologist for hearing screening duties), the Admin Support Health Unit Aide provides a variety of clerical and administrative support duties utilizing computerized applications. Responsibilities include maintaining inventories of supplies, booking appointments, gathering client information, and scheduling and conducting vision and/or hearing screenings for preschool and school-aged children in a school or clinic setting.
Grade 12; Medical Office Assistant Certificate; Office Administration Certificate; and at least one (1) year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
