Responsibilities

• Be the communication hub that connects our busy team of professionals who work out of Regina, Saskatoon and other locations as part of our national practice team;
• Maintain a strong understanding and tracking of our overall portfolio of projects to help us deliver our best to clients each and every day;
• Grow and enhance our culture by leading the design, development and organization of highly engaging team meetings, events and socials together with other colleagues that are FUN
• Bring creativity and impact to the publishing, presentation and imagery of our proposals and reports;
• Have a keen eye for detail to edit and review draft deliverables;
• Support research and information gathering to inform insights that lead to impact for our clients;
• Update and maintain our core systems related to opportunity tracking, proposals, sales and client delivery;
• Provide senior level support to our leadership team to schedule meetings and make travel arrangements; and
• Proactively identify areas for attention and initiate discussions for team members and our leadership team as appropriate.
  
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Three or more years of office operations or administrative experience including the ability to generate a variety of professional documents and correspondence;
• Experience working in a in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience working in a professional services firm with a large team and a variety of clients would be an asset but not necessary;
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe are required;
• A curiosity and interest to explore the use of AI and other emerging tools;
• Experience with publishing software and tools would be an asset, but not necessary;
• Capabilities in Microsoft Excel and CRM would be an asset, but not necessary; and
• A diploma or degree would be an asset, but is not required for the right person with related experience and team fit.
