This role is based in our Regina office, working with our Advisory team. Our project work includes:

  • Building local communities and supporting entrepreneurial growth.
  • Promoting reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
  • Enhancing citizen and public service delivery for vulnerable populations.
  • Improving performance and efficiency of organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the communication hub for our team across locations.
  • Track and understand our project portfolio to support excellent client service.
  • Organize engaging team meetings, events, and socials to foster our culture.
  • Bring creativity to our proposals and reports through compelling visuals.
  • Edit and review draft deliverables with attention to detail.
  • Support research and information gathering to inform impactful insights.
  • Maintain core systems related to opportunities, proposals, and client delivery.
  • Support leadership with scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and discuss proactively with team and leadership.

Skills and Experience

  • At least three years of office operations or administrative experience, with proficiency in professional document creation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a professional services firm is a plus but not required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Interest in exploring AI and emerging tools.
  • Experience with publishing software, Microsoft Excel, CRM, and related tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A diploma or degree is a plus but not essential for the right candidate.
