Job summary

Air Canada is seeking an organized administrative professional to join the In-Flight Services branch in Montreal. You will analyze, format, and produce documents, prepare statistical reports, and coordinate roadshows with travel as required.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least three years of office experience, with bilingual capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, format, and produce high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and deliver statistical reports and comparative analyses.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows and product display activities, including required travel.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of improved methods and procedures.
  • Provide on-the-job training, direction, and guidance to departmental staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Company policies, collective agreements, and applicable government regulations.
  • Record, update, and maintain operational records, endorsements, and reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet operational deadlines while working with minimal supervision.
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting of hardware and software issues and coordinate maintenance and resolution of equipment problems.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating business plans and monitor reports, investigate discrepancies, and calculate accruals.
  • Audit invoices and process pay adjustments and employee expenses in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure provision of flight crew meals and/or ground allowances as required.
  • Operate, monitor, and control mainframe printers and related equipment to ensure availability, reliability, and quality output, including report distribution.
