Experience

1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research
  2. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  3. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  4. Supervise other workers
  5. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  6. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  7. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  8. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  9. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  10. Oversee the preparation of reports
  11. Oversee development of communication strategies
  12. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  13. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  14. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  15. Manage contracts
  16. Manage training and development strategies
  17. Maintain and manage digital database
  18. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  19. Establish and implement policies and procedures
  20. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  21. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  22. Conduct performance reviews
  23. Coaching
  24. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  25. Work with minimal supervision
  26. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  27. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

  32. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
  33. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  34. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  35. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  36. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  37. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  38. Plan and organize daily operations
  39. Open and distribute mail and other materials
  40. Motivate staff
  41. Evaluate daily operations
  42. Direct staff
  43. Direct and control daily operations
  44. Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  45. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
  46. Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
