The Coordinator ensures that work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures, service standards, controls, and delegated authorities. The Coordinator provides operational guidance to Business Advisors and internal partners, coordinates assigned priorities and resolves routine and moderately complex operational issues using established procedures and precedents. The role identifies risks within the assigned portfolio, acts within established parameters, and escalates complex, sensitive, or precedent-setting matters with appropriate context and recommended next steps.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

Independently coordinate and administer an assigned portfolio of Advisory Services projects from proposal and project opening through delivery support, amendments, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, completion and closure. Apply Advisory Services procedures, controls, documentation requirements, service standards and delegated-authority requirements consistently to support compliance and quality. Maintain accurate, complete and current project and portfolio information in designated systems; proactively follow up on missing information, incomplete milestones, pending approvals and conditions that may delay delivery. Provide operational guidance to Business Advisors, network consultants, and internal partners by explaining established process, approval, system, and documentation requirements. Coordinate with Finance and other support functions to resolve project, billing, invoicing, payment, portfolio, system and data-quality issues. Identify operational, financial, compliance, and client-service risks within the assigned portfolio; act within established procedures and elevate or recommend next steps when required. Prepare and maintain recurring operational reports, follow-up lists, and portfolio monitoring information; identify anomalies and complete or coordinate the required follow-up. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, recurring service issues, control gaps and communication problems, and by recommending improvements to procedures, templates, checklists, tools and operating practices.
