We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support operations across our five McDonald's locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys bringing structure to dynamic workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage restaurant work orders and support tickets using the MaintainX platform
  • Communicate with restaurant teams to gather necessary details (photos, videos, descriptions) to help prioritize repairs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Contact vendors for quotes and assist with organizing invoices and service reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, send calendar invites, and take minutes during internal meetings
  • Maintain our internal task management system by adding tasks, updating progress, and supporting restaurant teams with follow-ups
  • Create simple social media posts (e.g., product launches or announcements); no prior experience required
  • Perform general office duties including checking mail, ordering supplies, and light cleaning
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets
