  • Electronic filing and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Collation of design comments
  • Collation and organization of large technical drawing sets for distribution and review
  • Writing letters
  • Invoice entry and tracking

  • Administrative experience within construction / engineering / project-based environment
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (process invoicing / data entry)
