The Administrative Assistant is responsible for effectively providing confidential comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Infection Prevention and Control and the Director’s and his/her manager’s offices. The position coordinates all administrative activities, acts as liaison between the various directors, managers and staff, facilitating communication, information management and retrieval, and meetings across the health authority as well as with external program stakeholders. This position provides additional support to individuals, committees or working groups as assigned. This position works closely with the Administrative Assistants in the Infection Prevention and Control & Quality Improvement, Safety & Patient Relations portfolio, providing back up as required and supporting the portfolio team as required.

$22.98 - $28.72 Hourly
