A leading company in Calgary is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders in the Facilities Infrastructure business unit. This part-time role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, and assisting with various projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be highly organized.
Located out of our Calgary office, the individual in the Administrative Assistant role (Part Time) will report to the Senior Manager, NGL Finance.
The successful candidate will support the senior leaders in the Facilities Infrastructure business unit in Calgary (currently 5 leaders) and will work closely to support them and their teams to achieve performance objectives. The individual in the role will work collaboratively to provide administrative support for Cochrane Extraction Plant and the Offgas sites, as needed. The ideal candidate will be motivated and have excellent oral communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, growth environment.

PART TIME POSITION, 20 hours per week. In office 5 days per week but hours are flexible.
