Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Consulting Team and Senior Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare and edit reports, engagement letters, presentations, and client documents with high accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Answer incoming calls, redirect to appropriate consultants, or handle inquiries independently as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships and provide culturally appropriate support when communicating with clients.
  • Support the monthly invoicing processes, including reporting, preparation, sending, and accounts receivable follow-ups.
  • Compile, analyze, and generate reports for internal and client-facing use.
  • Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and databases.
  • Update our CRM system, project management database, and other systems.
  • Assist with marketing support, including overseeing digital mailers, website maintenance, event coordination, and analytics & reporting.
  • Support event planning for internal meetings, client workshops, and company events.
Skills And Experience
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in project administration, HR, or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems; comfortable learning new software.
  • High attention to detail, with experience in invoicing, financial tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and communities, or willingness to learn.
