The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking an administrative support specialist to assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy office in Fort McMurray, Alberta. You will handle front-line inquiries by phone, in person or email, prepare correspondence, process mail, and support meetings with agendas and minutes, while maintaining confidential records and basic bookkeeping tasks.

The role provides general administrative support for the day-to-day operations.
The incumbent conducts routine interactions and provides clarification of information.
Internal: : MU’s team members, various leadership and management teams, clients, volunteers as required.
External: Community members & partners, contractors, vendors, donors.
Reports directly to the Corps Officer.
Direct reports: none.
May show others how to perform certain procedures.
