STC provides personal estate, trust, and agency services to clients of RJL, its correspondent services clients, as well to clients referred externally via Centers of Influence (COIs) and other financial institutions.

Administrative Assistant – 18 Month Contract

How does this role impact the organization?

Reporting to the AVP, Trust Services, the Administrative Assistant will be providing in-office support to our trust company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of communication within the organization and providing administrative support to our team members. Your role is pivotal in facilitating effective communication and fostering a well-organized work environment.

What will your role be responsible for?

  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls and triaging to appropriate team members;
  • Receive, sort, and prioritize incoming mail;
  • Ensure accurate and timely scanning of documents while maintaining quality standards;
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient and accessible database of digital and physical files;
  • Categorize and distribute digital and physical copies of scanned documents to relevant departments or individuals;
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless information flow;
  • Assist in filing of bank and investment statements for client accounts;
  • Assist with assets under administration reporting; and
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $45,000-55,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
