Job Summary:
This role is primarily office - based and responsible for payroll processing, email correspondence, data entry, document management and record tracking. The Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher manages internal communications through radio, phone, and online platforms, ensuring timely coordination of daily operations. This position is responsible for logging, reporting, and communicating incidents and operational events requiring dispatch support. Working closely with mountain operations departments, the role helps coordinate logistics, maintain accurate records, and support effective communication across the departments. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential for success.

Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software systems.
Valid BC driver's license and ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including sitting for extended periods.
