Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries Inc. (Al-Pac) is seeking aAdministrative Assistant to work out of ourSt. Albert location. The successful candidate will be responsible forproviding administrative and office management support to Senior Executive Assistants, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for assisting with travel coordination, meeting invite distribution, preparing expense reports, reconciliation reports, and handling various general office duties. The Administrative Assistant also plays a key role in organizing internal events, troubleshooting meeting logistics, and coordinating office requirements. This is a part-time opportunity (casual) with opportunities for growth into a full-time role based on operational needs. Hours will fluxate week to week.
