Intent of the process
A pool of qualified candidates will be established. This pool may be used to staff positions in Montréal (Québec), Saint-Hyacinthe (Québec), and Québec (Québec) with similar qualifications, with various language requirements, various conditions of employment and/or various tenures including term and indeterminate appointments.

EE2: Recent experience* in the use of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)*Recent experience is defined as experience normally acquired within the last five (5) years. **Examples of administrative support services may include, but are not limited to, handling travel requests, financial processing (invoices, purchase orders, etc.), handling correspondence, coordinating administrative activities, logistical support for conferences or videoconferences and customer service in a position-related field.You must provide clear and detailed information in your résumé.
