The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Thrive Group’s head office by providing exceptional front-line reception services, coordinating office administration, and supporting the Executive Office with a variety of administrative and operational activities. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and external partners while maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment. In addition to office coordination responsibilities, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support across corporate services including Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Facilities, and Fundraising, as required. The Administrative Assistant works closely with and reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO to coordinate office logistics, meetings, events, and administrative processes that support organizational priorities.
Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours a week
Pay Range: $45,816 - $50,572 annually Compensation set in accordance with experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day times hour such as 8:30am-4:30pm, however, hours may vary depending on the needs of our programs.
