We are currently hiring for a full time Administrative Assistant. Under the supervision of the Administration Office Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant provides support for the Agency’s programs and services by performing a variety of reception, administrative and support duties, including word processing, photocopying and other related work as required. This is an independent role that requires the ability to work with limited supervision.
The main location of this in person role is at the Hull TransAlta Community Connections building (1847 – 48 Street SE, Calgary) and possibly the Hull Services main campus (2266 Woodpark Avenue SW, Calgary).
This position is based on a 37.5 hour work week, Monday to Friday with a scheduled lunch break.
