What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?

We are looking for an experienced systems administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT infrastructure management and will be able to supervise and optimize our systems and networks.

How will your contributions be showcased?

1. Manage and maintain Citrix environments to ensure optimum performance.
2. Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems.
3. Supervise virtualization solutions, including Vmware and ESXI.
4. Manage storage infrastructures, including SANs.
5. Administer and maintain a hybrid Active Directory environment.
6. Manage Office 365 and Exchange services.
7. Implement and manage backup and replication solutions with Veam Backup.

Qualifications

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

1. Minimum of 10 years relevant IT experience.
2. Demonstrated expertise in Citrix, Windows, Linux, Vmware/ESXI, SAN, hybrid AD, Office 365, Exchange, and Veam Backup.
3. Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and time management skills.
6. Experience with other virtualization and storage technologies.
7. Knowledge of IT security best practices.
8. This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
