Job summary

A Canadian Immigration Services Provider is seeking an ADMIN and Immigration Assistant for their Immigration Team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will manage tasks related to service agreements, maintain important records, and assist in immigration applications. Proficiency in French and English along with a background in content creation are essential. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to international recruitment processes and supports efficient operational success within the company.

Qualifications

  • Motivated individual with knowledge of the Canadian Immigration System.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to confidentiality in handling information.
  • Previous administrative work experience, ideally in international recruitment and immigration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in FRENCH AND ENGLISH
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient with database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Multilingualism will be considered an asset (English and French or Spanish etc..)
  • Understanding Canadian immigration laws and procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare service agreements and immigration papers.
  • Facilitate communication between applicants and clients.
  • Organize candidate and client records.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures, grammatical usage and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate communication between applicants, clients, and government organizations.
  • Address inquiries and give information about immigration procedures.
  • Organize the exchange of information amongst internal teams.
  • Make appointments with candidates and clients.
  • Organize team member meetings and interviews.
  • Organize important personnel's schedules.
  • Enter and maintain data in the organization's database.
  • Produce reports as needed.
  • Achieve data integrity and accuracy.
  • Learn and use all relevant technology and software.
  • Assist Immigration team with filing immigration applications on government portals.
  • Keep track on IRCC notifications.
  • Preparing Border packages for candidates arrivals
  • Generate reports on immigration applications status and expiry dates, using our CRM system and immigration software.
  • Do sales and Marketing activities.
  • Assist in Developing and implementing standard of operations.

Administrative Assistant-Immigration Team

As an integral part of Brighter Group of Companies, Hereby Canadian Immigration Corporation is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and responsible Sales and Admin assistant (For the Immigration Team). The person will mostly be in charge of creating content for submission documents and well‑formatted online texts and doing sales. In addition, the ideal candidate will be one who can play a crucial role in supporting our international recruitment and immigration operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare service Agreements, Explanation letters, projects reference terms and proposals.
  • Organize and keep up with candidate and client records.
  • Prepare the papers needed for immigration.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures, grammatical usage and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate communication between applicants, clients, and government organizations.

Job skills and requirements:

College diploma or degree in any field related to Administration, Marketing, social sciences or Immigration assistant

Be a Motivated and high‑performer individual with some knowledge of the Canadian Immigration System. Previous experience with an immigration or law firm is an asset.

  • Freshers students are welcome, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background in English and French
