ClaimsPro LP in Toronto, ON is seeking an Adjuster, Transportation, Equipment & Cargo Specialist to support a busy claims team. This fully hybrid role is based in the Greater Toronto Area and focuses on adjusting claims across transportation, equipment, and cargo lines.

You will identify business development opportunities, maintain documentation with iAdjust, and collaborate with local and after-hours teams while ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
• University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
• Adjuster’s license or pursuing CIP designation.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and conclusion‑drawing skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical calculations.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with adaptability to varied audiences.
• Organizational skills with priority management and conflict resolution.
• Proactive, positive customer‑service approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills for conflict and difficult situations.
• Commitment to ongoing education and learning.

Compensation: $67,200.00 – $93,300.00 CAD per annum

Overview

Support the Transportation, Equipment, and Cargo claims team by actively adjusting claims and maximizing business development opportunities through timely marketing and follow‑up. This role is fully hybrid and based in the Greater Toronto Area.
