Qualifications

• Knowledge of Property and Casualty underwriting and policy processing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform underwriting analysis and documentation for renewals within authority.
• Handle endorsements within delegated authority and guide via agency clarifications.
• Manage renewal books, triage applications, and outline next steps for underwriters.
• Collaborate with service staff to resolve billing, risk control, and underwriting questions.
• Document files for completeness, compliance, and quality.
• Contribute to pricing strategy and justify pricing rationales.
• Complete quotes and negotiate with external partners.
• Serve as the first-line contact to producers/customers for account matters.
