Artemis Recrutement is currently seeking an administrative assistant with accounting skills for our client located in Montreal, a growing Montreal-based company. If you're looking for a job and want to make a difference in a local company, apply now!

Benefits: 3 weeks vacation, 35 hours/week, hybrid mode after training, flexible schedule, renovated office, parking, easily accessible by public transport, etc.

Salary: between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails and calls related to accounting activities
  • Ensure management and follow-up of accounts payable and receivable
  • Make payments to suppliers
  • Follow up on overdue payments and customer accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date accounting records
  • Organize files
  • Support management
  • Other related tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma in accounting and/or secretarial studies
  • 1 year of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks software (asset)
  • Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor
  • Demonstrates excellent work ethic
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
