Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Site Access Coordinator for Burnaby Hospital to optimize patient placement and bed utilization across designated sites. Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Five (5) years' recent, related clinical experience in an acute care, multidisciplinary facility including nursing leadership experience.
• Preference for experience in critical care areas or access and planning.

Responsabilités

• Manages timely patient placement at acute sites and designated Fraser Health facilities; leads bed meetings with care coordinators and site leadership.
• Coordinates with PTN and community resources to identify appropriate care and transfers; assesses bed availability and resources.
• Advises and guides FH leadership on patient access policies; oversees after-hours coverage and staff assignments; ensures safe patient flow and bed utilization.
