This Global Ethics & Compliance Lead role is ideal for a senior compliance, governance, legal, risk, or investigations professional who enjoys influencing organizational culture, strengthening ethical business practices, and partnering with leaders across a complex global environment. The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step if they have experience leading compliance programs, conducting investigations, managing risk, and supporting business leaders across multiple jurisdictions.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and advance a global ethics and compliance framework while working closely with senior leaders across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Australia. You'll gain exposure to international compliance initiatives, strategic governance priorities, and regulatory developments while helping foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency. Unlike many compliance positions, this role combines strategic influence with hands-on ownership of key ethics and compliance programs.
In this role, you will spend most of your time leading ethics and compliance initiatives, conducting investigations, developing policies and governance frameworks, monitoring regulatory requirements, and supporting risk management activities. You will work closely with business leaders, legal, HR, audit, and operational teams to strengthen compliance practices and deliver outcomes related to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and organizational risk management. This role balances strategic program leadership with day-to-day advisory and investigative responsibilities.
Benefits include the opportunity to work with a global organization, exposure to international stakeholders, ongoing professional development, competitive compensation, and an environment that values integrity, collaboration, accountability, and ethical leadership.
