Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER

  • Conduct actuarial research and statistical analysis to inform premium calculations and reserve requirements
  • Support preparation and review of technical actuarial work, financial statements, and reports
  • Analyze the adequacy of company’s rate and reserve levels using actuarial techniques
  • Perform quality control on regulatory submissions
  • Determine pricing changes to meet growth and profitability goals
  • Develop and maintain data, model, or tool processes
  • Present work to business partners
  • Guide new and team members on daily tasks

SHAREHOLDER

  • Manage confidential information and escalate issues appropriately
  • Stay informed of practices, trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage risks and adhere to policies and guidelines
  • Contribute to innovation and risk management culture
