Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Participate in development projects and share your learnings, methods, results, and recommendations with colleagues and stakeholders—including senior leadership—through summaries and presentations.
Monitor the profitability and competitiveness of insurance portfolios and contribute to preparing the action plan for the coming years.
Assess the impact ofemerging trends (e.g.geopolitical context, climate change) on frequency, severity, and risk profilein order toguide business responses.
Apply actuarial techniques to support adequate reserves,an appropriate levelof reinsurance, and sufficient capital under various catastrophe scenarios.
Contribute to innovation initiatives (machine learning, customer experience, telematics, climate change) to analyze and improve pricing models in personal and commercial insurance.
Ongoing university studies in one of the following fields: Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Interest in IT, technology, and innovation (an asset).

Strong communicationskills (written and verbal).
Analyticalandsynthesizingskills.
Bilingualism (French and English):requiredto interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
