Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement and volunteer services across our Blainville communities. You will create meaningful connections, plan events, and support concierge operations to enhance resident and family satisfaction.

Within a fast-paced senior living environment, you’ll supervise staff and volunteers, build community partnerships, track engagement metrics, and collaborate with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation or volunteer management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.
• Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events.
• Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across neighborhoods, including memory care.
• Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships.
• Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programming.
• Lead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors.
• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning.
• Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards.
