Job summary

Kal Tire is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator I for the Vernon, BC location on a temporary term. The role involves posting payments, maintaining AR records, and supporting online billing and scanning processes.

You will work with GetPaid and PeopleSoft to ensure accurate application of cash and remittances. Ideal candidates have at least one year of office experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid grasp of accounting basics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment.
• Familiar with basic AR procedures.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Break out and distribute month end AR reports to locations and internal departments as per month end procedures.
• Post incoming store cash report information into PeopleSoft; ensure payments are applied accurately and file cash reports online.
• Load and balance Vernon Office cheque deposit batches in GetPaid; link remittance information for audit purposes.
