Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a knack for high-volume call environments?

Adecco is actively hiring for a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Receivable Clerk for a temporary opportunity based in North York, ON. This role offers a strong potential to become permanent and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Location : North York, ON

Shifts : Monday-Friday | Shift within 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Job type : Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate client account records and manage overdue accounts.

Follow up with debtors via phone, mail, and email.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve payment disputes, and provide statements.

Reconcile and issue final invoices for account cancellations.

Prepare necessary reports and handle other assigned duties.

Required Experience and Skills :

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Call center experience in a high-volume environment.

At least 3 years of credit and collections experience.

Proficient in MS Excel and Word (intermediate level).

Team-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
