Our client, a rapidly growing PE-backed healthcare organization, is seeking a highly capable Accounts Payable Manager to lead their AP function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is looking to make a significant impact within a scaling company. The budget for the position is $105,000 - $115,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of AP specialists, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Accounting, and Operations.
  • Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and present AP metrics and reporting to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of progressive AP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage teams in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not required.
