The Accounts Payable Coordinator / Team Lead is responsible for reviewing all supplier invoices before payment, ensuring compliance with firm policies, procedures, and service level agreements. The role includes applying tax regulations (GST/HST, QST, PST, Non-resident Withholding Tax), following up on rush payments, diarizing recurring payments, providing guidance to offshore teams, and delivering high-quality customer service to internal clients.
