People Corporation is seeking an organized and analytical Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Client Accounting team at BPA in Mississauga. This in-office role involves processing and ensuring timely payment of invoices, along with a variety of accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of accounts payable / bookkeeping experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent work ethic and accountability required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process all expenses.
• Generate cheques per vendor.
• Review/reconcile monthly accounts payable balance.
• Prepare cash flow and bank reconciliation.
