Job summary

CORA Group, a division of Jonas Software, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast-paced finance team and help manage vendor and employee payments.

This role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple business units across remote locations. 37.5 weekly hours, one opening.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma with a focus on business and finance or equivalent experience.
• Experience processing AP invoices.
• Previous experience in a fast paced working environment.
• Previous experience working with multiple business units at remote locations.
• Strong team player and is customer focused.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and priority setting skills.
• Candidate is approachable and will inform others of what needs to be done.
• Working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with vendors so ensure timely payments including required monthly payments (i.e. Rent/Utilities)

This individual will be an integral part of a finance team in a high growth organization.
