Job description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • This role supports our AP vendor relationships by responding to vendor inquiry emails and phone calls, reconciling vendor statements.
  • You will also support vendor master file accuracy by submitting request for vendor master file adds/changes to the Master Data team and verifying the accuracy of their work before approving the adds/changes in the JD Edwards ERP system.
  • Each day you will communicate with vendors, the AP Invoice Processing and Supply Chain teams, and other internal departments to resolve vendor invoice and payment issues. You will also assist with annual 1099 reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • High School degree or GED required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience with accounting, accounts payable, taxes, data entry, administrative experience, or other related experience required.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP system preferred.

$20.56 - $28.26 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
