Base pay range

CA$52,250.00/yr - CA$66,000.00/yr

MatchBox Consulting Group is hiring an Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing company based in Langley. Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including data entry, approvals, and payment runs
• Coordinate payroll processing on a semi-monthly basis
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies as needed
• Respond to payment, invoice, and payroll inquiries from vendors, staff, and internal departments
• Maintain and update accurate records in accounting and payroll systems
• Assist with benefits administration and government filings in coordination with HR
• Monitor upcoming due dates to ensure timely payments and adherence to payment terms
• Prepare reports and support month-end tasks as required

Qualifications

• Experience in both accounts payable and payroll, ideally 4+ years in a similar role
• Proficiency in Sage 300 CRE is required
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a strong asset
• PCP certification is a plus
• Familiarity with construction accounting processes is preferred
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Clear and professional communication style, both written and verbal
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and a high level of professionalism
