Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review reinsurance instructions provided by the underwriting team.
2. Summarize the value of the reinsurance premium payable into our payable tracker and confirm the recipients of the premium.
3. Identify whether the entity/supplier exists in our ERP system to facilitate payment; if not, follow up with the underwriting team to obtain necessary information, including banking details.
4. Monitor the payable tracker to identify upcoming payments and follow up with underwriting to ensure proper backup/documentation (invoice, signed agreement, etc.).
5. Provide updates to the reinsurance manager overseeing the payment process.
6. Prepare payment requests in the ERP system.
7. Coordinate with banking to ensure timely payments.
