Make an impact with our Admin team as an Accounts Payable Administrator. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities
- Update/maintain internal databases
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and team social events
- Work closely with local Administrative leadership and Finance team to ensure duties are executed correctly and in a timely fashion
- Daily review of account and tax coding of expense reports in SAP Concur Expense
- Communicate with team members regarding expense reports, answer SAP Concur Expense related questions, and provide education and guidance
- Receive vendor invoices and arrange payment via AP system using proper coding, following up to ensure all invoices are approved for payment
- Communicate with vendors and team members in a timely fashion to ensure payment details are current, coding is correct, and to resolve any issues
- Support onboarding and offboarding of team members by updating privileges, email/Teams group memberships, and tracking spreadsheets; and by refreshing and sanitizing physical workstations
- Apply AR payments to the appropriate client
- Ad hoc reporting and projects
- Stay up to date on system and process updates
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills And Experience
- Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
- Administrative experience in a professional services firm is considered an asset
- Experience with SAP Concur Expense software and an understanding of indirect taxes is an asset
- Strong computer literacy including an understanding of Microsoft Excel and PDF
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple priorities all while displaying exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong business writing communication skills along with proven mathematical and analytical skills
- Exceptional client service abilities and comfort communicating with team members, clients, and vendors
