FFUN Group’s The ROCK Harley Davidson in Sudbury, Ontario is seeking an Accounting Technician to join our team. You’ll support internal and external customers, combining clerical, administrative, and accounting tasks to keep operations smooth while delivering accurate tracking and reporting.

You’ll handle accounts payable and receivable, posting deposits, general ledger entries, month-end close, and vendor reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoices; issue vendor cheques and handle lien payouts.
• Post daily deposits and perform general accounting tasks including GL entries, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Post deals and company Visa transactions; monitor credit limits and perform weekly reconciliations.
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements and execution of the monthly AP cheque run.

Permanent - Full-time

Job Location: Sudbury, Ontario

We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join our team — someone who plays a key role in delivering awesome support to both internal and external customers. This role goes beyond numbers; you’ll bring together your clerical, administrative, and accounting skills to keep operations running smoothly, while handling tracking and reporting with accuracy, positivity, and a true FFUN attitude.

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoices· Issuing cheques to vendors and handling lien payouts
• Posting daily deposits· Performing general accounting tasks, including posting general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end activities
• Posting deals
• Posting company Visa transactions, monitoring credit limits to maintain a healthy balance, and performing weekly reconciliations
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements and execution of the monthly accounts payable cheque run.

What we're looking for:

• Some prior experience in accounting or administrative roles
• Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy is essential in this role
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong initiative and accountability to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
