You will contribute to our team by handling A/P and journal entries, monitoring transfers from the corporate office and supporting project accounting on real assignments. Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in accounting, finance or related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Completes project and overhead-related A/P and journal entries.
• Monitors and reconciles transfer of funds from corporate office.
• Prepares and processes bank deposits.
• Processes and enters cash receipts.
• Verifies vendor addresses and enters into the accounting system.
• Enters and processes revisions.
