Job summary

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Ottawa, Ontario, invites you to join as an Accounting Student for the Ottawa district in the Canadian Buildings sector for a 4-month term starting January 2027.

You will complete A/P and journal entries, monitor transfers, and assist with bank deposits and vendor setup, gaining hands-on experience on real projects while developing in-demand accounting skills. Qualifications

• Pursuing degree/diploma in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and reconciles transfer of funds from corporate office.
• Prepares and processes bank deposits.
• Processes and enters cash receipts.
• Verifies vendor addresses and enters into the accounting system.
• Enters and processes revisions.

Responsibilities

Join us as a Accounting Student for our Ottawa district, within our Canadian Buildings sector for 4 months starting Janaury 2027. Depending on your assigned project as a Accounting Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree or diploma in accounting, finance or a related field.
• A deep understanding of accounting principles.
• Intermediate level skills with Microsoft programs, specifically Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

The estimated salary range for this role is$20.25 to $30.00,based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
