Responsibilities

In this Accounting Specialist role in Cambridge, you will have the following benefits :

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
• Process invoices, track payments, and ensure timely collections
• Utilize Salesforce to manage financial data and client accounts
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure accurate financial tracking of event budgets
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

We are looking for the following for this Accounting Specialist role located in Cambridge :

• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience is required.
• A post-graduate diploma or degree in either business administration or accounting is required.
• Experience using Salesforce is required.
• Experience working within the hospitality / events / entertainment industries is required.
• Strong communication is required for this role.
