A leading non-profit organization, Circular Materials, seeks an Accounting Manager to enhance financial operations and compliance in recycling initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess a strong accounting foundation, CPA designation, and demonstrate leadership in financial reporting while fostering collaboration across teams.
Reporting to the Divisional Controller, the Accounting Manager is a pivotal member of the Corporate Accounting team within the Finance department. This role is designed for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting and financial compliance who thrives in a data-informed and strategic environment. The successful candidate will support financial operations, compliance monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization for recycling-related initiatives. They will also contribute to process automation, tool development, and financial system integration efforts. This position requires an individual who can bridge traditional accounting with modern finance tools and insights. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory alignment, and financial transparency across programs.
