Kluane Drilling Ltd in Whitehorse, Yukon, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our Canadian finance function. This leadership role drives financial integrity, timely reporting, and strategic analysis to support operating performance.

You will oversee the full accounting cycle for Canadian operations, coordinate year-end processes, and collaborate with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement across a growing international organization.

Qualifications

• CPA designation or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity or international environment is an asset.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to add value beyond reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full accounting cycle for Canadian operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Kluane Drilling is a fast-growing international drilling company serving mining and mineral exploration clients across Canada and overseas. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Accounting Manager to lead the finance function of our Canadian drilling operations. This is a key leadership role offering significant autonomy and impact. The successful candidate will oversee all accounting activities, ensure financial integrity, and deliver timely, accurate reporting and analysis to both local and corporate management teams. You will play an active role in supporting operational performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full accounting cycle for Canadian operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Deliver accurate management reporting and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
