As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

The Opportunity:

As our Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of financial operations—ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and informed business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic goals while maintaining day-to-day financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead full-cycle accounting processes: recording, reporting, and reconciling financial activity to ensure accuracy and completeness.

·Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with account reconciliations (payables, receivables, expenses, capital assets).

·Oversee corporate credit card and employee expense reporting, ensuring policy compliance.

·Support Accounts Payable by responding to vendor inquiries and resolving issues.

·Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate expense tracking and classification.

·Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audit documentation.

·Contribute to process improvements, systems upgrades, and ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:

·2–5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.

·Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

·Proficiency in general ledger management and month-end/year-end close processes.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

·Experience in financial statement preparation and reconciliation.

·Advanced knowledge of accounting software; experience with system implementation is a strong asset.

·CPA, CMA, or advanced accounting degree preferred (but not required).
