Job summary

Coast Mental Health in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to review and update accounting and payroll processes under the Controller's direction.

This role supports the preparation of process manuals, reviews accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, trust disbursements, and bank reconciliation, with a focus on SOP improvements and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, you have completed the 1st year of a recognized Accounting Program.
  • Ability to provide or obtain:
  • -WHIMIS certification
  • -Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Review and update accounting and payroll processes and procedures.

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays - 8am to 4pm
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Controller, this position is responsible for reviewing and updating accounting and payroll processes and procedures.

Typical Duties:

Job Qualifications:
