Job summary

KATIMAVIK, located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec, seeks an experienced Accounting Clerk for a permanent, full-time role in a private-sector automobile dealership. You will handle general ledger tasks, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and related reports.
• Review deposits, withdrawals, balances, and write-offs as needed.
• Invoice clients and collect payments from debtors.
• Maintain financial data and filing systems; perform clerical duties.
• Prepare periodic financial reports.
