STRIVE Recruitment Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant for a Vancouver-based financial management firm. You will support Business Managers with day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and reporting, while gradually gaining royalty administration experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant accounting experience across AP/AR/reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, SUMIF) required.
• Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software.
• Willingness to learn royalty administration during training.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day accounting for multiple client accounts.
• Process AP/AR, invoice entry, payments and receivables tracking.
• Complete bank and card reconciliations and related tasks.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze data in Excel.
• Assist with royalty administration as you learn the process.
• Consolidate information for Business Managers and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and processes.
