Job summary

ComptaFinance, Inc. is hiring for a permanent bookkeeping role. The position involves preparing the general ledger, journal entries, and payroll, while managing accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

You will also assist with audits and produce financial statements and reports. Applicants should have a college/CEGEP education and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and MS Word.

• Proficiency in accounts payable/receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and reports with accuracy.

Responsibilities
